Image Licensing

Did you find a photograph you want to use for your brochure, website, magazine, or some other project? We license our images for commercial, advertising and other uses. Let us know if you would like to use one of the images you find on our websites. If you you don't find it on our website, contact us, we have tens of thousands of images in our library. Many of the images found on our website have other versions in our image library. So, even if one of these images doesn't match your layout, chances are one of our other images or versions will.

Copyright and Licensing

In accordance to Federal law, we license our images for others to use. What does this mean? This means, in short is, we own the images we create - you do not. When we grant you a "License to Use" an image, it is kind of similar to you are "renting" the ability to use and reproduce that image in accordance to the L:icense for Use we grant you upon payment of the invoice. In many situations this may be an overly simplified and not totally parallel analogy but it might help you understand the federal laws regarding copyright of images.
